Ashley & Steven – Cinematic Trailer – 3.29.08

I’ll never forget the excited, happy and joyful lady who came up to me at a bridal show and said, “I got to have you do my wedding.”  Ashley was very happy that I was in fact available for her wedding… I was too.  It was a beautiful wedding and Ashley and Steven are just a wonderful and fun couple.  Their wedding was set on the beautiful Emory & Henry Campus inside the Emory & Henry Chapel.  GORGEOUS!  Steven did some film school work once upon a time and he REALLY loved it when I brought out my new/old Canon 310xl Super 8mm film camera.  It was my first time shooting film, so hopefully the 2 rolls I shot turns out and I have something cool and new to show everyone soon!  Stay tuned!

Here is their trailer… I did something a little different this time.  Oh, you gotta watch all the way to the end!  My micrphone caught Steven saying something soooo sweet to Ashley……… you’ll melt gals!

Amanda & Jeremy – Kingsport, TN – 10.06.07

Located at the beautiful Allandale Mansion, Amanda & Jeremy had their wedding and reception with all their family and friends.  They wanted an October wedding thinking it would be cooler, but Mr. Weather decided to make it like summer time!  We had a blast and everything went pretty much perfect.  I got to see a couple of old friends and I also want to say that I think EVERYONE knows Crissy & Jerrod!  Amanda and Jeremy are probably the third couple I’ve done a movie for that knows them!  It is a small world.

Anyways, Charles with Flowers by Coppercreek worked his magic with beautiful flowers and centerpieces and I found out I’ll be working with him again at an upcoming wedding.  Judy at Cakes by Design made two wonderful cakes and I had the pleasure of working with Paul Bishop and Kimberly Miller with StudioFiveZero1 Photography.

Well, by now I’m sure you want to see their trailer, so here it is!

This was the 2nd time I’ve been to The Oaks Castle in Johnson City and when Emily contacted me, I was thrilled to be shooting there again!  Such a beautiful place to have a wedding!

I met with Emily a few times before the wedding and let me say, she had everything planned to a “T”, and from my end, it appeared everything went as planned… GREAT JOB Emily!

Many friends and family joined them and had much fun.

About 8 hours of driving + 4 hours of filming + 2 loving souls + 1 extremely happy couple = a fantastic wedding shoot for us!

The wedding was held at St. Phillip Catholic Church in Franklin, TN at 3:00 PM and the reception was held at Embassy Suites a couple miles away.   I met and worked alongside Jeanell & David with Dreamland Pictures who was also very nice to work with as well as the crew from Spangler Entertainment again.

Anyways, here is Lynn & Darren’s trailer:
