I had it. The last 2 days have been very busy. (I didn’t realize I had so many files on the website!) The host I was on allowed jcdv.com to go down a few times the last week and the last 2 weeks has been an email NIGHTMARE! I couldn’t send email to 3/4 of the people I tried to (the host’s IP address was constantly being put on spamhaus’ CBL/XBL lists. I couldn’t receive emails from many people… I lost a potential client because of this because I couldn’t respond fast enough as they put it. Oh well. I could never reach tech support as they did away with the easy ”ticket” system. Now they have some “knowledge base” that I think a Kindergarten student could put together better than this. I called the sales department and they didn’t care about my problem. Anyways, I reviewed a few hosts based on suggestions from friends and family as well as internet reviews. I even tested the support system before I was a customer… I got in touch with someone in 3 minutes! That’s impressive in my book. The only time I need support is when something on their end goes down… Anyways…
So now the site is loading blazing fast and email is working 100%. I’m happy, I hope your visit to JC/DV Productions has been a pleasant one if you do notice a bug or glitch, please leave a comment here!
